Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Services:

• All skincare service sales are final.

  Because our treatments are customized and time-based, we are unable to offer refunds once a service has been performed.

• Results May Vary.

  Every skin type responds differently to treatments. While we aim for visible improvement, we cannot guarantee specific results. We encourage open communication with your skincare specialist for the best outcome.

• Rescheduling & Cancellations:

  We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a prepaid session.

• Packages & Prepaid Sessions:

  Unused portions of prepaid service packages are non-refundable, but may be transferred or credited toward other services at our discretion.
